French fancies from Marks Japan

What is it with French designers and Japan? There is such a lovely selection of designs from French artists available at the Marks Japan website. Here are a few images from my favourite designers:
Emilie Capman

Robert Le Heros

Polly goes to Paris

Whilst my heart is still in Paris, here is a sweet new craft print for little girls from Henry Glass fabrics.

Bon jour etc.

I'm in a French mood today. The latest 'So Frenchy So Chic' is playing on rotation (the unofficial soundtrack to the 2009 Alliance Francaise French Film Festival in Melbourne).
Cover illustrations by talented Melbourne artist Kat Macleod.
A Kronenbourg 1664 awaits!

Parisian decorating via Japan

A gorgeous selection of books have just been released from the Japanese publisher Editions de Paris. As a little birthday treat to myself, I ordered a trio of lovely titles from Amazon Japan. 'Deco girly a Paris' is destined to be a favourite. J'adore!

Circus Sparkles

A colourful new cushion from the 'Circus is in town' bed linen collection.

A Field Guide to the Birds

How gorgeous are these Bird Houses from the Kate's Paperie website? Each birdhouse has been lovingly handcrafted and decoupaged from ex-library nature and fairytale books. I think I might be visiting a few second-hand bookshops for some vintage Field Guides this weekend....

And more birdie love

A lovely Aubusson tapestry cushion designed by Paul Smith for the Rug Company. I hope they ship to Australia....
