Hiccups at the Elmore Field Days

I have just returned from working on the Hiccups stand at the Elmore Field Days, a three day festival of all things farming related! It was great to hear so many lovely comments about the range, especially from the kids who dropped in to choose a new design. My favourite moment was meeting a very proud grandfather who bought his little grandson a 'Gus the Sheepdog', promptly renaming it 'Bess the Border Collie'. Here are a few photos of the stand and some happy customers!

Elmore Field Days

The Elmore Field Days are happening on the 7th, 8th and 9th of October, and for the first time we will be exhibiting our new Hiccups collection; a very appropriate venue for this range of country themed designs!
The Elmore Field Days is one of the largest farming and agricultural trade shows in Australia - displays include the latest in farming machinery, in paddock demonstrations, sheep shearing, water storage, solar energy, fertilisers, and Arts &. Crafts. Hiccups will be displayed in the General Interest area, stand 451. Come and meet Gus the friendly sheep dog!


The Hiccups 'Field Days' print design was named after the Elmore Field Days exhibition, and will be displayed on our stand along with our other new products.

Miss Clara

Miss Clara is an illustrator and creator of some exceptionally beautiful images, straight out of a magical 18th century fairytale. 'Peau d'ane' is a lovely book I bought on my last trip to Paris, and these postcards are available from the webshop of La Marelle Editions. Take a look at her website here, and don't forget to turn up the volume - the music is both spooky and enchanting.

Tractor time

Here is our blue tractor cushion sitting atop of a vintage plough seat. Not the most comfortable ride for a long day in the paddock!

A 'Field Days' bedroom

Here is the bedroom of a very happy little Hiccups customer - Harry. Harry's mum Olivia sent in these pictures of the 'Field Days' design, and wrote a lovely letter explaining how excited Harry was to move into his new 'big kid' bed from a cot. As you can see, Harry loves tractors!
