Spot it! Find the Hidden Creatures by French author Delphine Chedru is a stylish book I spied in Readings St Kilda and just couldn't resist. This search-and-find picture book features 15 animals and one farmer hidden within colourful abstract patterns - thus immediately appealing to the textile designer in me. Kids will love this sophisticated take on 'Where's Wally?'

Hiccups and Russian Dolls

After my usual early morning trawl through my design blog favourites, I came across this lovely blog The Design Mole via Decor8, featuring the Hiccups Russian Doll bed linen design. I think I will need to spend a few hours on the weekend to take in all of the beautiful images on this home design blog from the UK! 

Atelier LZC, createurs Parisians

Another gorgeous book from my little Amazon Japan package of goodness - 'Atelier LZC, createurs Parisians', published by Editions de Paris. This little book takes the reader on a journey into the creative world of the three Atelier LZC designers - Vanessa Lambert, Barbara Zorn and Michael Cailloux. The LZC studio is so tidy! We were all laughing at the state of the Linen House design studio the other day - there is not one tidy corner to be found! And I think I may be the worst offender...

Toile dreams

A lovely example of toile wallpaper in a little girl's bedroom, via Country Living magazine. I love the purple and apple green colour palette. And that pooch is quite sweet too!
